Her father, a Tank Commander in the Army, lost much of his hearing as a result of noise exposure. As part of a family of serial entrepreneurs, once they identified this problem they formed ClearSounds as a business with a mission – to help people with hearing loss through technology and education. As one of the first catalogs/distribution companies in the US for assistive communication products, Michele and her family have been at the forefront of growth and innovation in the industry for over 35 years. As CEO of ClearSounds Communications & Clear Digital Media, Michele is responsible for leading the development and execution of both long and short term strategies and strategic partnerships.
