She is an advisory board member at HealthXL, Qualcomm Life, Sanofi Integrated Care, and the California Healthcare Foundation. Lisa also writes Venture Valkyrie, a widely read blog on healthcare and investing and publishes the podcast Tech Tonics. She has recently published her first book, “Tech Tonics, Can Passionate Entrepreneurs Heal Healthcare with Technology?” Previously Lisa spent 15 years with Psilos Group, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm where she was a co-founder and Partner. Earlier, Lisa helped build Merit Behavioral Care, an $800mm behavioral healthcare company where she held various senior executive roles from its early start-up days through exit. Prior to that, Lisa held various positions in the high technology field. Lisa holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from UC Berkeley, where she is now on faculty at the Haas School of Business.
